Redesign of the process of commissioning by deletion of the commission request section from every possible choice that can be made while trying to submit said request, as well as replacing it with the new section called Commission Process. Creation of the new sub-page for the Form as well as redesign of the old boxes, with addition of the new box "Commission Code"
